Terms of Service — PhotoDesk

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PhotoDesk (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PhotoDesk is a photography business management platform that helps photographers manage bookings, contracts, questionnaires, and client communications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

PhotoDesk offers paid subscription plans. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to harass, harm, or deceive others, or to violate any applicable laws.

6. Client Data

You retain ownership of all client data you input into PhotoDesk. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients to use their data.

7. Intellectual Property

PhotoDesk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PhotoDesk and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
