• Service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Paddle (payments), Resend (email) — each bound by data protection agreements

4. Client Data

When your clients use your PhotoDesk booking page, they provide us their name, email, and session details. You are the data controller for your clients' data. We process it only on your behalf to deliver the Service. We do not use client data for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
